I am writing in connection with the UNITRACK-D depot management software. I believe we are entering our 10th year with this software now.

We are working with you now 3 years since you established the software solution on our server. We are fully satisfied with your work and service. Despite the comparatively long distance between our companies you have always been able to do necessary service works through the Internet or on phone quickly and to our satisfaction.

September 2011 marked 3 years since the implementation of the Airport Statistics Management Information System (ASMIS) at our airports in Dominica. We have also implemented the Flight Information Display System (FIDS) which has been in operation for almost two years now. Both systems are working very well. There has been very little downtime as a result of an ASMIS or FIDS malfunction. The statistics management reports have been very helpful in getting data quickly when required internally and/or externally.
Whenever we come across any customizations required for our operations or reporting Mr Paul Parkinson and Ideal are always quick, willing and able to assist and fulfil the request at the quickest possible time, for which we are very thankful.
